Portland Condos. New construction is in one of Portland’s condos neighborhood, South Waterfront!
Although construction is close to three of our Portland Condos buildings, The Atwaters Condos, John Ross Condominiums and The Meriwether Condo this project apparently is not to include new Portland OR condos buildings. Owned by the Zidell family there is going to be a 118 unit apartment building, 12 story Skourtes Towner which is a project partnered between Oregon Health and Science University, Portland State University and Oregon State University. Another project in this South Waterfront development is a twin cable-stay tower of TriMet’s Portland-Milwaukie light-rail bridge.
