Portland Condos. In one of Portland’s condos favorite neighborhoods for condominiums and homes is going to be a major northwest Portland development to include shops, restaurants, New Seasons grocery store, and open space to include a plaza and park.
This new development is close to many of condos in Portland including Northwest 23rd area and The Pearl District as it is centrally located between the two Portland Condo neighborhoods. Located between Pettygrove and Upshur streets and NW 18th and 22nd Ave is just down the street from many of our Portland Condominiums in the Pearl District especially those on the Northern side such as Bridgeport Condominiums, Marshall Wells Lofts condos, The Lexis Condominiums, The Encore Condos and The Pinnacle Condominiums. To the west of this development we have many of our Portland condos older buildings located in Northwest Portland.
