This loft in Texas very much reminds me of some of our Portland Condos buildings in the Pearl District, The Marshall-Wells lofts, Avenue Lofts, City Lofts, Modern Confectionery Lofts, North Park Lofts and Chown Pella Lofts All these were older buildings converted into lofts with many of the original details left in place such as concrete walls, large timber beams and brick. This article showcases all these details plus gives many ideas how to showcase this condo owners artwork, book and artifacts from her travels yet still make the view a focus point. Many Portland condo and lofts owner too own much wonderful art and treasures from around the world so to see these great ideas could inspire all of us! As you look through the photos I liked the way the designer worked in the dining room table as we too here with our Portland condos and lofts have angles that are sometimes challenging to arrange furniture but in reality can create very interesting space in your Portland Condo. Portland Condos. Here is a photo I found today on houzz.com that thought looked like the layout of many of the Portland Condos here in Portland Oregon. As many of the open living spaces like at The Edge Condo, Marshall Wells Lofts, The Pinnacle Condominiums and many others in the Pearl District, Downtown and South Waterfront we see kitchens along one wall with the living room toward the large window. I love the way they place the fun round crystal type lighting over the kitchen island and then another chandelier over the long kitchen table. Give it such a modern look but yet quite elegant. The sheer draperies add to the elegance but can see blinds under the sheers for privacy. Love the use of the dark cabinets and furniture in contrast to the light upholstered dining room chairs, counters tops and in accents throughout the room. As I view condos, townhouses and lofts so many of our Portland Condos are designed and decorated so beautifully but if you are thinking about ideas this photo has many!

Portland Condos. With many of our Portland Condos we see condos and lofts less than 500 square feet with often open spaces that need to include your kitchen, living space and sleeping area.
